Beginning today, I have a little over a week off work. Playing in Truro tonight, and heading back to New Brunswick Thursday.
My grandmother just turned 92. She has also just been diagnosed with colon cancer, but the prognosis looks good. Whatever happens, this promises to be a very hectic vacation. Most of it might be spent in a hospital waiting room, but that depends on her place in the surgery queue.
The woman in white is my mom. The woman in pink is the mother of one of Victor Sypereck's show lovers. I don't know who the kid is, and the wacky-looking guy is my uncle David.

This is my pal Lindsay's kid sister Anika. She has recently been diagnosed with Berger's disease. To help offset the cost of her medication, Be Bad and 6 other bands played a benefit in her honour this past Wednesday.
When Lindsay approached me about playing I totally agreed to it, but warned her that I did not think a show like this would raise any substantial amount of money. Boy was I wrong. When you live in this tax bracket, $750 is more than substantial.
This is the best xmas ever. I love you all right now.

Okay, here is what I want you to do (pretty pretty please with a cherry on top): go to the Coast's Best of Music Readers' Poll 2005 , and vote BE BAD as "best new local artist" and DIVORCE as "best local independent record label." If you are unsure about filling any of the other categories, I strongly endorse:
